Remember first day in high school, everyone's introducing themselves, my turn comes up and I start going on like an engine that can't start - whole classroom burst into laughter. Shit like this gets engraved into your brain forever. But didn't have major issues afterwards and became friends with everyone. Plus I stutter in like 10% of the sentences or words I say and control it, but sometimes when you combine anxiety with not proper breathing you get those blocks that you just can't overcome.
