Absolutely, I believe once you begin stuttering and develop the stress and anxiety around talking, the 80/20 rule kicks in, it’s 80% mental 20% mechanics… overcoming the anxiety and physiological effects of your body is the biggest battle at that point. Once you can start to reverse that, start getting wins, start feeling more confident, etc. you start to retrain your mind and good things happen
