I have a tip for you that has helped me alot. Just accept that you are a person who stutters and you deserve to live too. Then the next step would be being brave. Just be brave about representing yourself with stutter and not without it or hiding it. It wont be easy and will take several months of practice so dont expect to get real quick results. This mentality has to penetrate to your brain and believes and that takes time. Then as soon as even one person accept who you are, you will feel much better and gives you so much hope. Thats the cornerstone of being compeletely fearless and start enjoying life even with stutter. In conclusion, self acceptance and being fearless to represent it is the key.
