It’s pretty bad if it’s anyone except me that he is trying to talk to. Even when he talks to me, he has a pretty major block every couple sentences, like the kind where his jaw kind of locks up and it actually causes pain (sorry I don’t know what that’s called). I have become accustom to the smaller ones, so I don’t really even notice them. Still, he has so much trouble when he is reading aloud that he uses text to speech instead of reading when he wants to share something with me that he is reading online.
