My stuttering got less and less once I hit college and moved into my 20s. I attribute it to losing some of that teenaged anxiety. Something I’ve found that helps with phone calls is to have a notepad or scratch paper and write the word I can’t get out as I’m saying it. It seems to unblock me most of the time. I probably have pages of my last name and address somewhere!
