Yeah, I felt I had to take the lead and get it over and done with by telling him at the beginning before he commences with the interview questions as I wanted him to feel assured that I’m not feeling any discomfort around them, stuttering can happen no matter the mood! I appreciate he didn’t turn it into a big deal and moved on from it that I made it clear to him it’s only a small part of who I am that it doesn’t have to define me fully that if more employers cared more on the relevant skills than someone struggling with some speech blocks here and there then it would be such a nice mindset. :)
