Dive a bit deeper into that. Why are you anxious? Why aren’t you confident? Is it the people you’re around? Could you improve or practice anything to increase your confidence and decrease the anxiety? I’m sure there is, and it probably won’t be comfortable to root out the real issues causing the social discomfort, but it’s totally worth getting to the bottom of it. When you learn to fix your thinking, it’s almost like a light switch turns on and your brain works differently (in a good way).
