Fuck. I dread watching movies with people when there's someone in it that stutters. I always cringe at what their reaction is going to be. Most people that know me won't react but if it's someone new who hasn't adjusted to the fact that I stutter, they usually laugh and I'm thinking to myself, "Here we go. Do I want this person in my life or not?". It's usually not. And there goes another person I let slip by because I'm too embarrassed to open up, to afraid to get close because I'll just be made fun of or not taken seriously.
