Point of note: Communication is never about delivering that perfect line "inside" to the "outside". Communication is *performance*, and it's a living thing each and every time. So don't worry about delivering something "perfect" that you think you're constructing and preparing. It doesn't work like that anyway. :) Just focus on getting your point across. That's what we all do in communication. Sure, stuttering might add some unusual sounds to it, but the main thing is to look at the end result that you achieve.
