what is a good way to minimize stuttering from home?

what is a good way to minimize stuttering from home? due to stress and family problems, my stuttering has gotten worse. a lot, lot worse. how can i help myself and stutter less from home? do stuttering pills actually work or are they just a hoax? is there any way to make stuttering completely dissapear in the future?
