N why do u think thats something extraordinary.. do u want to pamper him for every smallest thing? I think he will be more happy getting the job rather than completing the just one round of that process. Life is more than just one interview. Trust me he will give more interviews in life, he will stutter badly in few he will clinch others.. and in some he will be rejected. Intervoews are not abt stutter but abt ur skills. thats how job interviews in general are.
