I've had a stutter my entire life, I did speech therapy to gain strategies to speak more fluidly (14 years in total), BUT if you have documentation from a speech therapist, you could get an ADA requirement to excuse you from presentations (I was able to do this once I got to college age. Don't know how it would work for HS. ) worth a shot if you want to explore that option.
