Completely agree. Confidence in one area can manifest into other areas (our speech). I left school in 2017 and was doing random part time jobs then ended up in a call center. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life. I was anxious all the time, depressed, etc. I’m now in college doing really well compared to how I did in school. Im recognizing as a good worker in my current job and got asked to become a manager. All this stuff happened because I was confident in these areas. And I’m wayyyy more confident now in terms of my speech because I feel like I’m capable of anything. I hope this doesn’t come across cocky, I’m just trying to show an optimistic side of things for a change
