I'd say that for normal people who don't know struggle of stuttering it probably isn't annoying. But for a stutterer, who spent his whole life with it, it's associated with all the bad feelings and frustrations he had over the years. It's hard to change your perspective. I am the same. Watching someone stutter makes me uncomfortable. To be able to watch this video I had to have another tab open and just listen to the sound.
