I can’t give any tips for you but I can tell you how well I can relate to your situation. These last few years my speech seems like it was detoriating due to minimal interaction with people due to the pandemic, now I find myself struggling to say or pronounce words like to, two, three, truck, or just simply can’t say the first sound right if you know what I mean.
