Get out of your comfort zone. I started stuttering when i was 8 or 9 and it was really bad. I got rid of my stuttering at that time when i was 13 because my Mom forced me to talk. I mean she shouted or gives a stern look whenever i start stuttering( i call it tough love) and this helped me get fluid at talking at that time. My stuttering restarted when i refuse to talk to people as i’m very shy and introverted. I was 17 when it started again and i’ve been stucked with it ever since. My take is that, it’s when you really get out of your comfort zone and embrace who you are, you get better. My mother got me out of my comfort zone and i got better but i walked right into my comfort zone and it started again. I’m 21 now btw. Looking for how to get rid of this, socializing with people….
