It sounds like the stutter may not have been the deciding factor since you told them ahead of time, which is good. Sucks though you didn't get the position. I'm sure we can all relate here. Just keep truckin' along. If you're like me and stutter WAY worse when your nervous, I usually do two things. 1) Right before the interview, just mumble to myself "I'm the baddest mother\*\*\*\*\* here." Like a mental self hype. 2) Even if they are aware of the stutter, disclose it again. I typically say something along the lines of, "I'm sure you could tell, but I do have a stutter. I've had it all my life, and as you can see from my resume I don't let it effect my life or my work." Also a interview tip, at the end when they ask if you have any questions for them, ask them something like "If I was hired right now, how would you utilize me?"
