I graduated from med school. With a stutter. Horrible one. I had some very humiliating moments during oral exams. But some teachers did understand and used to encourage me. You need to have faith that this isn't the end. And the one person who questioned your career choice isn't a very nice person. You need to figure out why and because of what people in your childhood you stutter. I stuttered because of my dad. He is an abusive person. And i still stutter. I have just learned to breathe properly. Speak slowly and deliberately. I try to exercise my facial muscles by saying out A E I O U loud in the bathroom mirror. Try exercising and meditation. You'll soon find that the problem has reduced. Don't be disheartened by getting humiliated. Tbh. During childhood, there was this one girl who used to make so much fun of me. She used to imitate me. After a few months, she developed a stutter herself. Even though now I feel very bad that she suffered, I believe everyone gets their due in time.
