It’s the build up dread that’s painful. Each time thinking about what you’re gonna say, slowly getting closer and thinking how you’ll be judged. Don’t feel bad, you made it and got through. Remember to practice your breathing and think a second about what you want to say. If you stutter, fuck it. Remain confident.
