I deal with that alot i'm 34 i usually stutter so bad when i have long conversations or specially confrontational conversations. I still suffer from that but it got alittle better when i force myself to read loud basically anything tweets/reddit even books, and i ALWAYS keep my mic on whenever i play online video games just to get used to talk to ppl without feeling so heavy or forced to contact anyone.
