The emotional baggage and anxiety you can save yourself by accepting your stutter is monumental. And it’s a cruel cycle, the more anxious you are about stuttering the more you stutter and the more anxious you become about stuttering. Just being OO with the fact that you stutter breaks that cycle and let’s you work on any underlying issues that might further add to your stutter.
