Speech Therapy ^(Has speech therapy been helpful for any of you? I've been going to speech therapy on and off for about 9 years. I found that it wasn''t that helpful as we would just play word games, read, or give me tips. One tip given was thinking of speaking like a bus stop, stopping at every few words. Also none of my speech therapists have a stutter so I feel like it could be difficult for them to understand that it's not as easy as just speaking slowly.) I'm considering going to speech therapy again but i dont know if its worth it?
