100% yes tell them about your stutter. back when i was learning French in my undergrad, presentations were the worst part of the class. i let my professor know on day one and she wouldn't dock me any points because of my pronunciation of things (unless it was absolutely horrendous lol. if you ever want to annoy a French professor, pronounce everything in a southern accent.....). most professors from my experience are super understanding. but in all honesty, even for people who don't stutter, public speaking is a surefire way to make most normally fluent people start stumbling over themselves. if your stutter isn't normally a huge hurdle, you can even just say at the start of the presentation that you stutter.
