Okay. I understand what you are saying. I cannot agree that this is not at all about the sounds and is all about novelty effect. If it were, I could have chosen any other name (possibly a new name that starts with the same sound as my existing name) and not stutter. That is clearly not the case. Plosive sounds are hard for many stutterers. I have tried with other names and they have not worked. Also, this was not a knee jerk decision. I have been contemplating name change and have tried different names in different situations and decided on a name that was the most easiest for me. Having said that, I will see how it goes and remember you if saying my new name also becomes difficult in days to come...
