Oof,I feel you.it causes anxiety and that ends up triggering it more,so it gets worse.i try my best to put myself into uncomfortable situations for my stutter so I don’t just stop and that helped me a lot but it’s hard when you have to stop so much.my stutter is becoming more natural as I try to let my self stutter instead of blocking my speech.i advise you to take opportunities anyway,because you don’t want to let it stop you from things you’ll regret not doing and it could help later by taking some stress about stuttering in that specific situation.
