A good way to experience it would be to wear a belt around your mid section, if you breathe deep enough you should get light headed. Just think of when you yawn, you naturally use that breath. Also if the belt is placed correctly you should feel the belt contract and that’s a good indication to know when you have the right breath. Then it’s a matter of timing and confidence and if a word doesn’t want to come, stop, don’t force it out. Reset and start over. Also sliding on words engages the diaphragm which makes it easier to flow. For example saying “water” if you can’t get past the W. try wwwwwwwwater. Of course it takes practice but it really does work if you put the time and effort in.
