I worked as a secretary in an advertising agency to support myself while I was at university. My boss had a stutter. He impressed me because he insisted on answering every call himself, he did not want me to take any calls for him. Since then, I have met many people who stutter and am lucky enough to call some of them my friends. I've learned so much from them. It's hugely beneficial to understand a problem from the inside instead of trying to fix it from the outside.
