They most likely do have other interviews, the job market is insane right now. Everybody’s applying everywhere. I think it’s a good sign that they felt the need to ask about where else you were interviewing. If they really didn’t want you, they wouldnt ask. Follow up with a kind thank you email and keep applying to other places.
