I have the same problem and I think at a certain point we may just need to accept it's apart of who we are. Trying all these different medications is tiring and has taken a toll on me over the years. I'm also very afraid if I change medications to try and get perfect fluency I'll revert back to my moderate stuttering which left me like a hermit in my house 24/7. I'm flying out to California at the end of June to see him again and will let you know what happens if you're interested!
