Hi, sorry to hear you've going through these issues. Good therapy can help, finding friends/family/support group to talk/to vent can help... I think more than stuttering, it's the mental stress and anxiety that accompanies that really brings us down. Just like everything else in life, it's about learning how to focus on good things, and letting go of bad things happening around us (esp. the ones that we cannot control). It took me a while to understand this. Now that I understand it, I'm in a better place compared to where I was before.
