Say your last name first then your first name, repeat that again and say your first then your last. Usually when you think about saying something you stutter on it. But if you don't think about the word somehow everything goes well. Also add unnecessary stuff at the start like “mmm” “okay” “yeah”. These helped me. You can also have a nickname and use that instead : )
