I have this problem too. I was in speech therapy and never stuttered in our sessions, however at work I will stutter a fair bit. Earlier this week my speech therapist told me she thinks I need to see a psychotherapist or something on that spectrum to tackle my mental hurdles before I come back and learn speech techniques.
