Starting the Camperdown Program with my speech-therapist EN/FR Hello, I started the Camperdown program with my speech therapist. Link: https://www.uts.edu.au/research/australian-stuttering-research-centre/resources/camperdown-program I'm currently on level 8 (normally for 1 month) and I do 1x a day of reading (the text of the cars) and I have a 3-minute conversation with a person who speaks slowly.All this while recording myself. Then I rate my fluency (on a scale from 0 to 8) and my technique (speed from 1 to 8), listen to my recording and give a grade. I also note my fluidity and technique every day.
