You already are in AIIMS so, you are one of brilliant minds present in country, so you can select whatever you like, but my advice would be sit and analyse every opportunity clearly, if it's reversable then go ahead if not then you have to prepare for it no matter how things will go. I will give you my example, I am engineering graduate from tier 2 college, at one point during my bachelor's my confidence or stammering gine that low even I could not properly speak for my roll call. That shattered my confidence and didn't prepared for placement and focusing only on government job which have no interview, but for try purpose I appeared in 2-3 not famous software company and selected in 1 also, and observed there is not much stammering during my interview it is lack of domain knowledge due to which I got rejected in some, and down the line for next 2 years I couldn't clear government job also because competition is huge. , and I regret my decision, I should well prepare for placement and sit in every company. Nevertheless currently selected in government job so no issues but time could be utilised more efficiently with job also I can prepare for government job. So gist is that analyse every opportunity and do accordingly, so there will be no regret in future.
