Unless your new SLP had actual, extra training in dysfluency, they are unlikely to help, and could worsen your hard silent fear-based blocks. Strongly suggest looking at what trained SLP’s say to do about blocks, bc the right habits and knowledge can make talking safe, comfortable, effective and enjoyable.
