A piece of advice I got to help with my anxiety, was that if I'm afraid of doing a job interview, do the job interview afraid. Will I stutter? Yup. Will I mess things up? Sure. Still beats not going at all. Go, mess things up, embarrass yourself a bit, then take that experience and learn and grow from it. Anxiety does 2 things. It overestimates risk, as well as underestimates your ability to cope with that risk. The interview probably is scarier in your head than in real life. And even if it were as scary, you're a capable, smart human being. You'll find a way to figure it out anyway.
