Bascially every drug I've tried makes it worse. Alcohol, weed, cocaine, ectasy. Only tried Xanax a couple times and I was drinking so can't say how that would work on its own. About 10 years ago I could do alochol and cocaine and it wouldn't make it any worse, now even just a few beers in and I start to see more and more disfluencies.
