I completed my masters and was struggling with job finding. Over the last few years, I went through hundreds of job applications and I had to work in disability sector cause it paid well. There are no short cuts and we do improve with every failure, if you can get over the self pity part. In my latest interview, I didn't had to prepare much because I had already went over the questions and answers like a thousand times before. I now have a job I'm very happy with and it's going to take me towards my dream job. Over the years I think the biggest intake is dont care about other people's opinion!! I use to be so afraid of talk and we know that it's a terrible vicious circle. People are going to judge us, just as we would judge others else if a person were to acting out of the ordinary. We need to be honest to ourselves about our stuttering and face it head on. I can tell you that you are going to be fine, but it won't be a easy ride. One thing you can do is join a public speaking group such as Toastmasters and just talk random stuff. I was with them for 2 years and it helped me immensely. I highly recommend everyone to give it a go.
