Ah, with this I agree. Of course, we can't be discriminated against :) Anyway, personally, I never thought about it as a disability and never answered yes to those job application questions asking if you have a disability or require accommodation. Not even sure what kind of accommodation we might ask for. Like not to have daily meetings and rather send written reports? I don't think that would go well.
