I did CS and currently work as a software engineer making around 85k$ in UAE. I have a v severe stutter and I'm not gonna lie, it can and does hold me back sometimes and u have to rely on other's kindness to get the job. My stutter has been getting worse over the years so I just communicate by writing now, especially on the job. I don't think anyone's heard my voice in over a year. I got rejected because of this by many companies but my current company is kind enough to allow it.
