Me too. I'm not 100% fluent by any means, but most strangers wouldn't realize I stutter. By becoming more aware of the sounds I was making and were I was getting stuck, I was able to recognize them and use some basic strategies to overcome them with minimal blockage. And sometimes it didn't work but oh well!
