I can relate with the "randomly" part. I didn't quite stutter noticeably till I changed schools for the first time when I was 16. Then overnight, I magically turned into a severe stutterer. Before that, I was practicing fluent. ;_; Now it's been a decade since then, and it hasn't gone.
