Anyway to manage when this happens to you...

Anyway to manage when this happens to you... Hey all. I have a mild to moderate block. Recently however it's been pretty severe, with me having trouble even to say basic words I otherwise am fine with saying. Not sure why this is happening and how long it will happen for, but it's severely impacting my personal and professional life. Any chances to fix or assist in this? Thank you
