Hmm this is really interesting. I'm aware that my fluency is correlated to my anxiety. My theory is that as your hormones have leveled out so has your brain chemistry. (As an aside: In Russia, they use the GABA-inhibitor phenibut (a nootropic in the states, affects the same system as benzodiazepines) to treat anxiety and interestingly, stuttering.) The negativity you've gotten thus far has to do with two things: 1. Your ego ("i bet 95 percent of you people cant do it") 2. You're talking to people that deal with real and perceived rejection constantly. They're not going to believe there's an easy answer like not beating off to solve their problems. And there's probably not. It worked for you. Great!
