I highly recommend going to the gym if you already don't, I feel like weightlifting on bad days really saved me from doing some stupid shit to either myself or other people just by being mentally overloaded. In those 2 hours I'm in the gym everything disappears, its just you and the weights. The weights dont laugh at you/they don't change, they are just there and will always be there and won't lie to your face about how they actually feel about you. It sounds stupid ya know, getting philosophical over something you pick up and put down, but it genuinely did help me by getting some of that meathead "mad at the world" energy out once in a while.
