1.) Go to the job interview for the nursery. Stutter or no stutter, everyone has to sort of like what they do for work. Also, for some reason, stuttering isn't so bad around kids. 2.) Try lowering your voice hello or hi. When I speak quietly, my stutter goes away. 3.) Practice speaking with the ones you trust like friends or family. Life isn't going to get easier and your speech WILL get better the more that you practice. It's all about being more comfortable instead of looking for a cure. Actual improvement will come later but it's better to become comfortable around speaking with your friends and family and then use that confidence as a springboard to tackle bigger obstacles like the work environment. Little victories will stack up over time and Life will get better. Good luck.
