Hey, if you get the job offer then take it! You can always leave if it’s not for you. I worked in a call centre for a year. I got pressured into it by my stepdad and I never even knew it was a call centre. I got told it was basically just a laptop job with a couple phone calls here and there but no. It was call after call. You’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll adapt to it. You’ll find a routine and end up saying phrases subconsciously like “hi, how can I help?” “Is there anything else I can help you with?”. Yes there will still be ups and downs but you’ll most likely do fine. If you do get it, you could even let customers know you’ve got a stutter at the start of the call. Even have a laugh at it just to lighten the mood. Go for it. Good luck and I hope you get the offer. Keep us updated!
