I recommend you should start Positive self talk and tell yourself that love speaking , Your speech is getting better to get confident and try Breathing exercises and Start reading books loud to Higher your Pitch and if you face a block or a stutter just stop and breathe and Talking while inhaling i hope this helps . Just start Positive self talk whenever you get Nervous or anxiety to counter it . Positive self talk has helped me a lot and also don't Pre plan sentences and replace it with Positive self talk
