Practising is good - as is finding a breathing technique to lessen anxiety. But, tbh what helped me during my performance degree is just owning the fact that I have a vocal difference. In presentations, vivas etc I'll probably stutter and the best thing for me was just learning and internalising that it was fine to do so.
