I’d say maybe look into some breathing exercises and some speech therapy techniques that could help with the blocks and try a find out some words you struggle with the most to practice with . But I suggest you use specific techniques as a base to build upon to fit whatever suits you the best. So for example a word that catches me out a lot is ‘think’ so if I have a block on the word think then firstly I’ll immediately stop and take a deep breath in, then as I exhale I will say the word. But remember everyone’s stutter isn’t the same and some techniques won’t work for everybody but I hope this gets you started on something that can help you !
